2 weeks ago, the weekly death rate in Rhode Island was 75 deaths per million residents. In the last week, it's been 96. That's pretty high and it's the only hard-hit state (deaths per million over 40) that saw the death rate climb in the last week. Most of the others saw 20%-40% declines.
